I do not think so. He is still responsible for the decisions taken during his term as a member of the board. It would be another thing if he started donating his assets to his wife and son. I'll try to keep track of if that happens.

A good guess is that he got fed up with Solomon messing things up.......
Solomon is known for not listening and running his own show.
