Yah a real farce of a lawsuit. The defendants stole all of the assets of sub co XA. Now they have a co. with revenues of 16-18M. The defendants have lawyers who want to change the tone of the lawsuit, yah a real farce. I've made $60,000 this year trading the stock now own almost 9M shares or 2% of co. Last month a Mid Eastern investor bought millions of shares, I guess a real farce to him.
