I understand, sounds like its bogus info that we've probably heard and debunked with actual facts a hundred times or more. probably something dating back 5 years or more, back before colorado went legal and most States didn't have any types of programs in place. Old, outdated or just plain false information is my guess.
maybe you will get lucky and feds start to allow banking, then trtc can drop gl of at the curb.
