Almost all dumping of shares - looks like former CEO and crooked Shapiro (IMO) may be dumping as fast as they can.

Unfortunately, there are just a few investors gullible enough to buy the shares of this dark/defunct company.

SEC suspension likely, just like happened at crooked Shapiro's other company (MDNT)
