solomon is a fraudster and a con man, a scam artist, a criminal. if that's an "asset" then maybe you are in a different business? solomon is a massive putrid horrific liability and effective at vaporizing cash if its within 10,000 miles of him. too many skeletons we know about. just stop it. it's called sociopathy or psychopathic charm. the massive sucking sound that is your money being taken away and spent on his grandiose self-view which magically goes into his pocket "for your benefit" perhaps you have learned in the past 10 years? dont get suckered anymore.
I don't know what would be best for him. But he is screwed either way if SIAF fails. And it won't come as a surprise if Solomon doesn't listen to him. Because he knows about it beforehand :-)
