However, since they blame TRW my guess is that they indeed tried to bypass both exchanges.

There is no bypassing. I already told you that I have seen the documents they have to fill out for the Oslo Bors. Don't make me look them up.

Last issuance of shares was on Oct 18. So then they had 2 days to submit information to FINRA, before the 21st.

I don't know if the company was planning for the ex-date on the 15th, and that's why they set the pay date on Nov 14. It's a 14-day period so it could be a coincidence. But one thing is for sure, FINRA is not pressed to reveal anything before the Record Date because they already know that the ex-date will be Nov 15. Which gives them additional time. And that's a big problem for us, as I tried to explain several times.

Yes, I think the company was waiting for some kind of confirmation from FINRA. They still had to give us the ratio of TRW shares in a press release. Because that wasn't known either. Only on Merkur.

ks My guess is that you are right about bypassing the stock exchanges. My impression is that they have tried hard to find a way to distribute the stock dividend but did not find a better one than the one that was chosen and that has failed. I hope I am too pessimistic here.
