Term sheet- mentioned in terms most vague, not specific- prev was fairly specific about signed term sheet awaiting DD That says it is out

BTD- sure, could come through in the next 10 days How likely is it that 50 days go by and the BTD is granted at the very last minute- I strongly doubt it is forthcoming. How could anyone be optimistic about the BTD at this point?
