They vote their own schedule & pay raises. A "devil may care" attitude for bills such as the Farm Bill affects farmers and investors.
I hope the Farm BIll gets inked in Nov/Dec. I'll continue to nibble at the salami in dips. CANB, SIPC, and VATE are a spicy trifecta.

Why do you say Dec. 14th and not Dec 31st? Is congress done for the year on the 14th, so they must announce the Farm Bill by then, or it is yet again delayed?
