This has nothing to do with tax IMO. The only thing you should be worried about is, do they need a F-1? Without it, they can do the distribution a lot quicker. But they may still have to look into the 2nd part of the distribution. Because that part may not work either as it is now.

You just need to forget about the whole thing for a while until they come out with an announcement. That's what I will do or try to do because it doesn't benefit anyone if we keep digging around in it.
