Unintentionally, like the agm agenda where they proposed buy-back and dividend that was published by mistake. It's almost like they are desperately trying to get away from a deadly financing deal and do all in their power to keep the head above water.

Yes.If they are allowed to get away with that word, then it will create a precedent and any OTC company will start to file 8-k's that they "inadvertently issued a PR that they had a buyout offer from Amazon".
I agree that it was not and still should not be a major issue.But we need some other positive news showing that they do not require to dilute anymore and they are collecting the receivables on time and they are cash flow positive.
