Those post are all from people on this board. Not officially from mark or the company. The only official one released from the company is the tweet at the end of October about the quiet period. The rest could have been made up or changed emails by people trying to unload at a higher price/manipulate price. The tweet really is the only one that could be trusted. If financials dont come out by the 19th, I wonder the angle that will be pushed next by people here. I am still cautiously optimistic though. Kinda funny how a brand new ihub profile just happens to be the one doing a tour today. Wonder what they will say?
From what I know all Financials are already completed..it’s in review period aka quiet period.. The quiet period refers to the waiting period between a company filing a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the time when the SEC declares the statement to be effective. This is also referred to as the "waiting period."...you are just being impatient ??
