He's saying the excuse for the poor performance of the stock that's coming from AHIX is nonsense. Dilution has been documented. So has shorting. But as anyone who bothers to look, can see that the amount of shorting done on this ticker is so nominal as to make it obvious how nonsensical it is.

Look at the figures.

Then, ask yourself how the numbers can in any way affect the stock price? The stock is doing poorly because the people at AHIX are doing nothing to create value. It's been that way for years.
