Ecolocap sold a valid product to a valid company.

Not a scam.

The partnership. Not a scam.

The non filings and the ugly os is to look ugly to other interested parties who don’t have deep pockets like LRS does.

Merger to happen. ECOS proved that they can become current quite quickly..

But if others want to paint this as a scam, fine. Maybe the Ecolocap wants others to see it that way for a reason.

LRS is the King here when it comes to the “Art Of The Deal”...
