What about the SEC investigation?
This does not make sense for several reasons.
In order for you to be a private investor in Cyrcadia Health you had to post a $100K cash investment last year.
In addition, if all of your past posts are true, why would you invest an additional $100K with people who have lied to you over the last two decades.
And as a private CH investor, why would you be speaking ill of your own investment group, providing what could be considered inside information to public stockholders if you are in the process of gathering evidence to present to the SEC as you have already indicated.
All of the LLBO posts on this message board could be reviewed as supporting evidence. While most people post opinions, you have already made a case that you have the facts and what could be considered as insider information.
