From my view .. looking at some of the small activity--thats slow walking heading north..
That is showing me .. buyers with dry powder are just waiting and watching to see along with some early birds getting the biggest share as it goes.
Naturally ... Checking if the recent situation has stabilized..and profit is available --now .. then the quick restoring of the pps- with window opening and closing ..for some smart money takers.. this is what I am expecting.
Which is a bright spot for getting in early and a hope *for now.. preceding the coming..new p.r.'s that may' just.. be waiting -- as timing things like this with Hugo- seems to have been going along those tracks.
Can it come in minutes ? ..suddenly for chart watchers that are ready ..to buy at the first signs on active days ..
Especially.. if a chase follows and is usually expected - including daytraders that come with there penny scanners , watch lists and the cash now- flippers with ready funds.
An old saying we know and held true " to buy when there selling and sell when there buying "
