Preferred=>Common Conversion will be Priority #1 for Moelis. Preferred holders won't endorse a Plan that doesn't give them Par+.

AJs complaining on message boards won't be able to stop Moelis. They should come up with their own plan ... oh wait, they did! And it failed to gain any meaningful traction :-(

The Conversions are coming, expect it! Especially considering FHFA has already endorsed the Moelis Plan. I'm also hearing numerous other Senators and Congressmen are getting on-board with Moelis now as well.
