Charts don't consider upcoming news, even legalization....... They're solely based on chart movements from previous days. They do shed some light on possible and even probable future moves. However, they are not the whole picture. Lol, if only it was that easy, right UnderOath-KY.

I also try to find the humour whilst analyzing charts as tho they were crystal balls (for the purpose of assisting retail investors - With the intention of shedding some light)....
