So what is your definition of failure?

It seems you do not consider as part of failure -

- No money , no known funding source
- no partnership
- no new trial in one year
- SP and market cap in gutter (down to 15 cents from $1 plus)
- not been able to pay CRO to get results
- no CEO credibility
