It's clear which side of those arguments were correct. No word games from me. Do some research and you'll find hundreds, maybe thousands of pink sheet companies that went to $.0001 and then simply disappeared. Make no mistake about it, trading at this level, not filing SEC reports, deep in debt, out of stock and not communicating with shareholders is a bad place to be.
