We are acquiring the assets from $PAOG, this is not a merger of shares. And since they are sister companies this is something that has been anticipated for a while! $RBII just acquired multiple revenue streams and avenues to produce more revs! Cannophen still hasn't been announced on the market, now we get the ball rolling! Imho
As for $PAOG , they are working a deal with cannabis companies that want to go public and merge into this company! Huge opportunity imho
