I could be wrong, but i think they still need to file an attorney letter. The previous attorney letter was done by Matheau J. W. Stout, his reputation is far from good, and he has also been prohibited from otc markets:

Yes! This, in my eyes, it the primary issue this stock has, the Yield Sign... I think RB has said that a new attorney letter is required to become current but the last attorney they used is now banned from OTC so they might be scrambling to find a new attorney?
