Don slots, I believe this is the loading hopper and screw drive that loads the anaerobic digester by Ecolocap.

Donslots, that unit is not a digester, nor is it competing with the ECOS digester. It is the pre-processing machine which sits next to the ECOS digester.

From these images, it looks like LRS replaced the old pre-processor with a new one shown in Terreplenish's Instagram images (granted, this is the same facility). The new one is raised a lot higher off the floor.
