LMAO - Preferred only get paid out with a bankruptcy or recievership scenario.

And checking history FTR Preferred HAVE NEVER EVER traded at Par, EVER.

The only real bankruptcy was Sears and the Preferred Shareholder Bruce Berkowitz #1 holding second on the list. But Bruce bought Sears Common instead of Sears Preferred.
