I don't think the tweet and Facebook post hitting EXACTLY TOGETHER are by accident, nor do I think the big ole letters GIFA INC on the building photo Kisa chose are an accident.
The translation I get, using several translator programs, seems to indicate a way of saying......
"By 2019, we will be GIFA INC", and he's posting it on the "GIFA HOLDINGS" Twitter and Facebook accounts.
That can mean only ONE THING....REVERE MERGER COMPLETION and the assets of GIFA HOLDINGS becoming "GIFA Inc".....and they "ENTER YEAR 2019 AS GIFA INC" better known now to us as $GIFX.....
I think it's CLEARLY another "smoke signal" and 50,000 watt FREE CHANNEL RADIO BLAST "hint" that this is close to being a wrap- that the asset transfer is happening, and they plan to see their company operating in year 2019 as "GIFA INC" a public traded entity.....
EVERY "smoke signal" they've given so far- has proven accurate and came true, just a lil slower than most wanted.
Those FINRA FILINGS HIT when least expected- many were about to throw in the towel and then BOOM...FINRA FILINGS....after they've already filed Qty-7 SEC FILINGS, including paying for an AUDITED 10-K SO FAR.
I think this is the "tell card"...they're showing what they can of their "hand" at the poker table within the SEC safe-zone.
These guys have not SAID A FREAKING PEEP for months and months now- and it's clear to me that ALL communications "going public" is now run through attorney William Aul for "approval" before being allowed on any "GIFA" social media or "other" outlets.
