It would be not possible to buy at this level without dilution.
They need to do something, it has a lot convertible debt. They have no other choice and they work on a solution with their debt holder (pr was released).
I´m not blind, i see risks, but after 1 for 100 reverse split and with around 10m o/s and market cap below $250k it´s too cheap.
I see they cannot issue many shares daily, it´s calculated based on the outstanding shares. It has always below 1m volume currently.
Buying pressure would send it and i remember the run from 2017 in combination with awareness campaign.
So for me it´s interesting for a potential trade.
