Then why was I trading Moly Corp all throught their bankruptcy? The SEC can end this pretty quickly. They stalled a bit since the latest court case that halted the SEC and revocations but that is now back if motion. So being late is getting very risky for these companies and no longer a method to delay or hide with confidence. They better get with it. I am in 3 or 4 right now that are in hot water and on the way to revocation shortly.
I would welcome bankruptcy then they would have to disclose financial records during discovery.
