Once again, provide a link to prove what you are saying. You can't right? Because there is no link. This is just your opinion.

The TA is gagged, period. They do not even respond to emails asking for a SS update.

The company did not say in the PR that the TA would be gagged while waiting for approval on OTC programm.

Jason release so many BS PRs, why he doesn't say this in a PR? Or even on twitter, so he doesn't need to spend money.

He can write a tweet saying: The company did not gag the TA. This is happening because this is required by OTC to be approved for their programm.
