The big problem for the short term (1.7 months) will be the tax loss selling. There are a lot of profits this year in the markets and people are going to have to sell losers to minimize tax liabilities. I can only see this stock going substantially lower into the end of December. Perhaps a recovery after that, particularly if there is news early 2019. Until then, expect to hit 20c at some point.
