Yes maybe but if it was me I would spend all my efforts at pressuring the courts for a judgment. There's a very strong case showing how your public company is being hurt financially because of not being able to file your financials properly or timely.

This 8k won't help them with that.

It's an attempt by Devon to hush shareholders and convince us he's doing all he can! I say BULLSH*T!

Direct your efforts and resources at getting that judgment at all costs. Or tell us you guys are done. Stop playing with the shareholders. Nobody buying it!
