Maybe I am missing something, but the S-1 states: "Fluid End Sales has a subsidiary, Oklahoma Rig Fabricators LLC. The business of Sixty Six Oilfield Services is conducted entirely in Fluid End Sales and its subsidiary"

If Fluid End is sold, so goes the entirety of 665's revenues.
