The share structure for a penny stock is an issue, the dumping by insiders is very problematic because the market makers know they can always cover their shorting any upticks and easily cover at a profit by knocking the price down. The fluff news announcements, no real substance simply aid the insiders dumping and maketmakers covering. This sector is very overcrowded and with Mexico reviewing legalization there is going to be be plenty of international suppliers. I just do not see these guys as being a major player, but I am holding as a lottery ticket play.
MCOA is a 50 Plus Million company with a 740M float (as per ihub data?), this is a pretty good number for a small cap, they don't need to do any share structure changes, just expand and grow revenues organically! that will take care of enhancing share values...!! =================================
