ks, there is only 600k shares left of the A/S. Assuming Solomon can still get $0.55 for it which I doubt, then here is what he will buy himself for $300k...

1) total destruction of the share price and shareholder value for the remainder of the year.
2) possible lawsuits from people who are fed up
3) daily emails from people who want to see him, Dan and Peter leave as quickly as possible
4) and because it doesn't make any sense, more and more people will conclude that the company is a fraud.

All for a lousy $300k...

Haven't they learned anything yet?
In the past Solomon was able to get some expensive loans when in desperate need of cash. Not that it's a good alternative but still better than issuing more shares.

I can already tell you that this will end badly for them if they keep issuing shares.

At that point dilution (disregarding compensation shares etc) should have ended if SIAFs expectations are met.

You act as if the compensation shares are not considered real expense and are "different type of shares" than the one they regularly issue for.

Temporarily, we can assume that the dilution has ended, but how's that matter much? They can always increase the A/S and issue more in the future. Unless, they set some type of cap on the O/S, I won't get my hopes up. You guys have been here for many years, you have seen it many times, you should know it by now.
