Well at least it was a fwd split and not 300+ million added in dilution. They are a very legit company and in the process of expanding, making partnerships and acquisitions. I live in BC and on the government cannabis website you can find Seven Oaks brand for sale which is owned by Beleave. So they are definitely in the MJ business...
