Yes it is. And unless I am completely being taken here, the daily level II has shown a complete change in action.
No one can ever be certain in the markets, but it surely appears to me that the bottom is finally in and a rebound is coming.
There are plenty of resistance levels above, 9.40 being the first where it stopped last.
9.73 will be next up if we can break through 9.40 soon.
8.02 area should be support if we break down again.
I'm going to watch closely and add just one more time.
