Well i figure we hit 77$ already...and at that point...we still had to go thru summary judgement where the judge could have totally dismissed all claims...and put an end to all of SECI's hope..instead some claims made it thru and we continue towards trial!! So that alleviates a good bit of potential risk right there. Also if we are off the greys...that says SECI is working with the SEC and they are not the ones who caused this suspension in the first place. That will give confidence within the markets as well.
