This was my biggest disgust...4 billion added to what now is over 5.5 billion. It doesn't matter what the he'll they do...no company can lift 6 billion soon to dump in the MARKET. It is impossible to issue 5.5 billion and who or how did they sell that much? No body can even count to 5.5 billion in their lifetime!

Of course he’s tweeting, he just diluted WRFX by another 175M shares. That makes over 4B additional shares Listermann has added to the total shares outstanding this year, decreasing existing shareholders’ ownership of the company.
