Spot on! And "Sneaky J" Tilton seems to have more excuses for his failures than Planters has peanuts.

Imo, what Tilton leaves behind in Pennyland are shattered hopes and broken dreams. :-( Indeed, new investors/gamblers need to be informed of his checkered past with TRUTHFUL DD. (I mean since the SEC doesn't seem to care. Well, perhaps they do but it's just that they so many complaints to go through that they haven't gotten around to those that may have been filed against Tilton and NSAV. ;-))
