I share your concerns. Would be interesting to know if their shares are restricted as well. As for our restricted shares I don't expect a large dump in one year as rule 144 has set some controls on that. I fully expect to have to hang on for 2 years with the EVSY shares. I hold 1.1 mil HISC and would also like to add. My cost avg is .037 and I too am a buried long. In the back of my mind I've thought all along that we will eventually see HISC as an EVSY acquisition. Who knows...it could work out to be advantageous. I'm so far in the red that it can only get better.
