I can see how this deal benefits Terratech but not so much for Golden Leaf. Obviously William has not been doing his homework. And to say that he was a lot like Peterson should be a warning on his Company too. Man, I was blindsided by all of this.

I agree. I know there is some angst right now, but I believe this will work out great for all involved.
