obviously people dont understand that companies cannot spin off assets, however fraudulently contrived, when convertible debtholders have an UNLIMITED COMMON SHARE CONVERSION CLAIM on the same assets. so bad that even the PINKO socialist Norwegian exchange saw fit to fine the same scammers under DISCLOSURE VIOLATIONS for exactly what we have warned everyone about yet again!
