That's absolutely right! Naked shorters will loose money and bail at 0.01 and the stock would have no problem to recover to 0.03. The only way for PDSC to accomplish that is by either proclaiming a "stock buy back" or extremely financial reports - or maybe with this new firm they hired now advertising PDSC to millions of investors.
