I just don't buy the story. I'm not a CEO or board member of an International multi conglomerate company worth 100's of millions of Dollars/Euro's, but I just don't see any logical reason behind it.
If they aren't public and wanted to go public, I don't see an IPO being an issue for a company this size.
To many reverse merger stories in pinkland that turn out to be scams.
