Maybe, but it lowers the strength and the integrity of a Nation and the poweple That is how the power of Money gets involved in immoral and destructive matters IMO.. They (the Gov't officials) don't give a damn about the people, who are sure as Hell going to suffer by those new laws, and I will not accept it, never?
Kids have no right even thinking about stupid practices like that, yet they will be the ones who will either ruin the bankrolls of their parents, or steal the money to support the habit, for that is what it eventually becomes, whether they believe it or not!
