Every Quarterly Report for the last 2 years has been 45 days after the end of the quarter. End of September was end of Q3. Report will be November 15 or 16.

Also they filed Form 15 which excludes them from having to file reports with the SEC while they wait for Reg A+ approval. All reports are to stay in good standing with OTC Markets, which they are working on.
