if we do not open our footprint here the fact is we die. want to start to build smart homes while the market is there. the 20x24 homes are a rage right now and the market window is going to close unless someone steps up and shows how it can work. if financing and manufacturing as well as set up to sell is the problem then I guess the johns are not the leaders needed here.
