Trump could have made sessions a non issue with a wave of the pen any time in the last 2 years. He keeps him there by choice not obligation. I am not sure what result would make the election go “his way” I do agree this election could have some bearing on Canopy’s next moves

just my opinion.
But I do not think a conservative government will make any changes that support the growth of this industry. In the very best case they will not hold it back. But I do not see them even going as far as making this a states rights issue unless they are really... really.... hurting in the polls coming into the next presidential election.

I also do not see sessions being removed.
Although it is the correct move, it would be seen as weak.

Not what I want in the world. just what I think is the most likely course of action based on the last 2 years.
