Yes Tim is a thief. However, he didnt act alone. He and his crew share responsibility for stealing the money. The SEC's road blocks are for good reason. They are waiting for info to be reported and will then step in. Right now the only thing keeping them out of jail is not posting. By now it is either ready or not. I have heard its finished. They now need to face the music. Its not going away.
