Nm, I do not agree with the separation part of your post. Although the merger with Cann10 NA is very important and will bring good value to BLDV, based on my DD I do not think the merger is critical for BLDV, IMO.

The conditional approval in Virginia for BLDV's client to be 1 of 5 who received conditional approval is a big win for BLDV. This win was achieved without the merger completed; therefore, this win demonstrates the value that BLDV can add for its client with Cann10 NA as a strategic partner only. A few more wins like Virginia and I think BLDV will be further ahead.

Notice the underlying headline messages in the first part of the 10/22/18 PR, I think they indicate that Cann10 needs BLDV just as much as BLDV needs Cann10 (i.e. the tables have turned a bit in BLDV's favor) as the conditional approval in Virginia is the first entry for Cannareet into North America; I believe this is very important for Cann10.

10/22/18 PR Extract:

The final decision for the five cannabis oil processing licenses in Virginia was announced on September 25, 2108, and the winning
company in Southwestern Virginia was Dharma Pharmaceuticals based in Bristol, Virginia. Dharma will secure, from Cann10, the exclusive license for the Commonwealth of Virginia to produce the newest targeted cannabis oil formulations from Cann10.

“This contract validates the go to market strategy that we have been developing with our North America partners” said Yossi Bornstein CEO of Cann10 & Cann10 North America “The technologies coming from the Cann10 XL, our cannabis accelerator in Israel, can give operators a competitive sustainable advantage in the US and Canada.”

This month at the CannX Conference in Israel October 14-16, BLDV took center stage by securing first GMP Certified product line to enter into the USA as a major accomplishment by Cann10 North America and Blue Diamond Ventures Inc.

As I have stated before, a lot of eyes are on BLDV after the Virginia conditional approval. I still think the merger will be completed. Time will tell how soon it will be completed and what the final form will be of the merged entity.

Go BLDV!
