TF, I don’t think any “promise” was made to do anything, so I think that should end any argument about the “rights” of shareholders before it begins.
It is encouraging that Tmmi has opened an office in Mahantan and a distribution center in Fargo. It is disapointing that the expected launch date for sales has been pushed back and is uncertain and that testing is taking longer than anticipated. I would like to know why, but I don’t have a right to know.
I also observe that until there is a progress report of some kind, rumors and speculation - like the notion that the Dimension court case and legal issues are the reason - will percolate.
But we are a couple weeks away from the next quarterly. I can wait a little longer. Can’t you?
