There's some real confusion in the p.r.s put out by each company (POTN and RSHN) about Dr. Goulding and whether or not Dr. Goulding is still with POTN in some capacity, because the POTN p.r. specifically states: "Dr. Goulding will devote his time solely to this role, terminating any involvement with other entrepreneurial initiatives and affiliations, private or public, in the CBD industry."

According to that line he can't still be involved with RSHN, unless the 2 companies are somehow related. At least that's how I read it.

Somebody e-mailed each company last weekend asking for clarification. It's been over a week and still no reply from either company. That's not good business practices.

Yes he is......which is a consult basis & is CMO.
So I don't understand what you're looking for.

POTN came out with their release first, but RG wasn't aware & corrected it in a tweet. We also may see some clarification next week in a PR

He has always been the CMO. Don't know why it doesn't say ceo also.
